Who Are We?
History
In 1971, Ai Akbar Kianpour founded the “Kian Group”, a group active in the field of turnery and molding and a subsidiary of Metalsmith and Machinery Syndicate of Iran. Back then, products bearing the Kian badge included fittings, hinges and sliding rails, all of which were produced based on Italian counterparts and were among the foremost industrial products of their time.
In 1992, the Kian Group had managed to amass a wealth of experience through its extensive and resilient activities in manufacturing different types of metal pieces and moldes. The Kian Group then began its journey into the national car industry by designing the dashboard piece for “Peykan”, which at the time was the most commonly used car in Iran. Following this manufacturing operation which took place in a parallel production line whithin the Peyakn’s parent company of IranKhodro. Thus, the Kian Group took part in domestic technology and officially entered the national car production industry.
Beginning in 1996, as the needs and requirements of the car manufacturing sector began to increase, the Kian Group’s product line-up began to include insulation items as well. In the early years of the 2000s, the company direction was to increase its operational systems as well as to expand both hardware as well software production infrastructures. This effort in turn led to the affirmation of the Kian Group as one of only ten companies that at the time bore the national “Grade A” standard.
Beginning in early 2010s, the Kian Group in line with the national policy of “resistance economy”, began to increase more and more its reliability and role within the national industrial complex, which also included developing expert company opinions on production as well as creating more depth in product coverage and in 2016, the Kian Group abandoned the production of unnecessary items. Instead it focused on the expert and specialized production of insulation products that created silence and provided peace of mind.

What is Our Wish?
Our vision is a clear representation of where we aspire to be as a company. If this vision is clear, it can then lead to the arousal of unity, motivation, enthusiasm, collective effort, deliberate willpower, and an all-round effort in the group.

How Do We Think?
The Kian brand thinks of itself as a group: a"Group" is a category that is part of the whole.
Today, a gathering of nine people and above together is called a group. A group consists of 8 soldiers and a commander.
Why Did We Choose the Name “Kian”?
"Kianians" or “Kayanids” were the second ruling sovereign dynasty in the history of ancient Iran.
The territory of Iran in the days of "Kianians" stretched from Palestine to the West to Eastern India in the East
The capital of the "Kianians" was the city of "Tamishe" near Sari, and the ruins of a castle from the era of the "Kianians" have been left in the village of "Varkian".
In addition, Kayan or Kian translates to “being” and “existence”, and "Kayan" plus the prefix title of "Kay" can also be translated as “king”. These words are consistent with the ideas that we are looking to embody in our business and methods in order to have an efficient management.

For sustainable success, the Kian Group is in pursuit of expert design and production of items that can bring peace to the consumer through silence.
Since we consider our mission to be of "humanitarian" nature, our goal is to provide everyone with the possibility of achieving inner and outer peace.
The first step towards this goal is to provide the option of silence around people. With silence, peace emerges, because peace is the fruit of the tree of silence. Every sound except the sound of nature disturbs our peace, so by insulating the unnatural sound sources that disturb the silence and pollute the environment and lead to the loss of human peace, the first step of this mission can be achieved.

What Do We provide?
The “Soshiyant” is a word made from the root “Su” which means benefit. The Persian word “Sud”, meaning benefit, also comes from the same root. This name is used in Middle Persian as “Soshiyans” and in New Persian as “Soshans” and “Soshiyant”. Soshyant both in the word and in general means one whose existence brings benefits and fruits to all creatures. Soshiyant, therefore, is an adjective and means beneficial or beneficial. In the “Gatas” the word Soshiyan is mentioned in the singular form, meaning deliverer, redeemer, or savior, and the Iranian prophet, “Zoroaster” also styled himself as “Soshiyant.”
